Diane's Cleaning Service

Poor, on the surface Diane's work presented well. But when you walked around and looked at the work, she did not do what she states she will do. We typically found surfaces not dusted (in the 4 visits, the top of refrigerator was never done, she didn't mop floors unless they were obviously stained, etc.), if my wife was there to watch and coach her the work was completed satisfactorily. We had an issue with our bank not sending checks in the right name (the online banking identified her husband's name instead of hers and didn't take the correction we put in - she didn't follow up to let us know). She requested we cut a new check in her name, but she failed to return the earlier check as committed - instead she cashed it without telling us. It took us 3 to 4 weeks to get our door key back and 6 to 8 weeks after letting her go we are still waiting for her to return the money from the earlier check she cashed.
