They were very professional, gave me a price for the new drive. They checked my computer to make sure that was my problem and they had the service completed the same day. I was very pleased and would highly recommend this company. They have offices in three other Illinois cities. They also sell used and reconditioned technology equipment i.e. computers, printers, etc.
