Premier Land Surveying

Brian was great. I had a rush job for a new plat of survey and he was able to make it happen. Inclement weather was an issue, but he kept me informed through those days and was at my property just as soon as the weather allowed; from there, his work was quick, efficient, and professional, and done at a fair rate. I highly recommend him.

Work was done exactly as promised. Met deadline.

Very well. The company was prompt and efficient. They located my property pins, staked the property, and provides six signed/sealed copies of the plat.

Fine. The guy seemed to have some issue with the bushes along the property line, but it all worked out ok.

Brian and his helper showed up and spent the time required to accurately survey the property. More than just the side properly line but the property in total. They invested the time to do the job correctly and left me with clear property line markers and the printed survey documentation to support it. Brian did a professional job.

Brian is a polite and professional individual and while his schedule meant the work took a few weeks,  he delivered the plat as he said.  He communicated the steps without any hassle or concern from me.

During this peal season of surveying Brian was the only surveyor that would commit to do the job. It was nice to work with somebody that does what they say they will do, when they said they will do it. I will defiantly recommend and use his services again.

The process went extremely well. We found that we would need a new plat of survey after we had scheduled construction of a new fence. When we explained the situation to Brian, he worked us in on his already busy schedule, and had the plat of survey back to us within a couple of days. Price was very competitive.

No issues. I was provided copies for future reference and use.

Brian came in at an extremely reasonable price compared to other surveyors I contacted through Angies List. He was prompt in responding to my email. From the date we agreed on a price to the date he gave me my surveys took 5 business days. This made it so much easier to get the tree trimming and fencing estimates in place.

Premier Land Surveying was on Angie's List with an A rating. Brian was quite helpful and informative during our first phone call. He gave me a competitive quote and agreed to do the survey in the next few days. There was good communication from him and he knew exactly how to go about getting this done. He ran into some roadblocks with the County, but perservered and worked through the project promptly. The final survey looked just great. Brian was superb, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He completely explained the process to me. I had called several others and Brian was the most forth coming with different aspects of just what a survey included and not. He gave me his next available date and arrived just as he said.

I was very happy with Brian's work. He was here on schedule and returned on a Saturday when he couldn't finish in time. He usually returned calls within an hour.
