Anne-Marie was very responsive to our tight time frame. From initial contact to delivery was six days--and that was primarily because I chose an item that was not in inventory! She was very patient with me as I decided which items to choose and how to modify the school logo for this special purpose. She made suggestions about how we could save money on our chosen items. Our contacts were initially by email, and I stopped by her office to pick up the completed items. She even invited me into her workroom to show me the equipment since I was curious. Very good experience and I will use her again!
