The demolition of the old deck and the construction of the patio was performed by another Nevelco employee, Jim Herrman, and his crew. Everyone arrived promptly on the scheduled date. The demolition took about half a day and went very smoothly. There was very little debris left behind, mostly a few nails and stones (these were under the original deck) that had gotten embedded in the grass. The construction of the new patio took two days and went just as smoothly. The crew was prompt and friendly and did a good job of cleaning up the work site. The final product was exactly what we were expecting and looked very professional and well finished.
