They had a little problem so he had to come a second time and change out the board again, then they struggled with diagnosing it. There was the troubleshoot aspect they run into and when they came out it was the wrong board that they had and then I had the same problem, and then I had to run them down so there was a little delay there. Once I paid somebody and they have done some work, to get them back is a problem. I finally got them back out and they resolved the problem.

The work the company performed in servicing the air conditioners was fine. However, as a building we decided to cancel our contract and change vendors midyear. We wrote & called Dahland to execute the cancel contract provision for unused services (which means we weren't going to have Dahland do the work on our furnaces). Dahland sent us a letter confirming the cancellation along with a check for the unused portion of the contract. However, the $814 check was returned by the bank for NSF and we were charged NSF fees by the bank (bringing the balance to $819.50). Each time we speak with Bruce, he states they will send the check but after 3 months he is obviously hoping we will drop this and let him keep the $820 they owe us.

Bruce is really a pleasure to work with- he knows so much about the (hot water tubes in the floor) radiant heating system and controls, and all the intricacies of a boiler.
