They were punctual, professional and arrived on time.  I'd been dog sitting temporarily and the dog had three "accidents" on a carpet.  They recommended a $45.00 treatment and their "minimum" price is $89.00 so I was charged $134.00.  Because this isn't a significant amount, I didn't question why the $45.00 couldn't be factored into the $89.00 minimum.

Because they were nice, quick and professional, I tipped both men.

My whole understanding of ChemDry was that they did not get your carpet - and therefore your carpet pad - wet.  However, my carpet was wet for more than 36 hours and the stain and the smell remained.

They returned the following week and "re-treated" the area by dumping more liquid chemicals on it.  Although the stain faded a bit, the entire room still smells like dog urine.

I would not use them again.

They were pretty honest about the fact that they may not be successful, but they gave their best effort. They removed about 80-90%, but there was still a little bit left, which is why we eventually had the carpet replaced. The crew was very nice, conscientious, and friendly. I appreciated the fact that they were honest up-front. The price was fair.

I liked them because they were very professional and did a very good job. They put the little pieces, whatever it is that they use, under the furniture to protect the carpet, and then they also put a resistant stain guard.

We've used them several times, and it's delightful working with this company. They are well organized and very detailed in the work they do. My condo looks great when they finish. I would recommend them to friends. Their prices are fair.

Very good. They arrived on time and worked for approximately two hours and machine cleaned the carpeting. They also sanitized all of the carpeting. There were a few tough stains that they said they would come back and work on (for an extra fee) but we never heard from them.
