Steam Force Carpet Cleaning & Flood Restoration

Steam Force did an incredible job cleaning my carpets. I didn't think my carpets would get clean and so I had already picked out new carpet swatches. I decided to call Steam Force before installing new carpets, and I am so glad I gave Steam Force a call. They came out the next day. They saved me a lot of money. Rios came in and did a phenomenal job cleaning my carpets. He did a thorough job and my carpets look like brand new. Noelle was great and their customer service is top notch! Those of you that know me, know I don't give compliments easily. THANK YOU STEAM FORCE!!!

It started good from the initial booking of the appointment. The office staff has been very friendly every time we have called. The technician showed up a few minutes early both times and was very professional. They explained everything they were doing and didn't try to "up sell" you on other services. The tech even gave some great tips on spot cleaning and pet messes. Much appreciated with 3 dogs in the house!!!

They do exactly what I ask them to do and they do a very good job. I usually wait a whole day to walk on the carpets after the service and have fans blowing on the carpets to help them dry. Their pricing is competitive. They are a great company to work with and I would highly recommend them.

Did a good job, but it took three days for the carpet to dry and when it finally did, there was a mildew smell everywhere. The fault is in the fact nobody told us to put fans out and turn on furnace fan or something to dry the carpeting faster. For that, the quality gets a B, and professionalism gets a C.
