We found the Sanitec team in our Save-On catalog, and decided to get our home power washed. Hugo, the owner, responded right away and scheduled our power washing service within a couple of days. The team arrived around 4.30pm and completed the work by 6pm. We didn't know what to expect from the service, but our house hasn't looked this clean since we installed the siding.

He called right away when I was on Angie's list. I would call him again.

Fair price and quality work.

They came out quickly and did a great job. They broke down the price and let me choose what I wanted. They were there almost the whole day and made my house look fabulous. I couldn't believe how dirty everything was. My vinyl siding had actually turned green over the years and with the humid summer, moss was growing everywhere. The power washing took care of everything. I never really knew the exact color of the my bricks on my patio or that the wall leading to the garage as actually white. It was well worth the cost.

Got name from coupon in mail.  Called and got an appointment right away.  Appointment scheduled for 1:00 P.M.  Provider not able to make service call exactly on time, but called to let me know and give alternate time.  Arrived as re-arranged.
Service team of two people worked quickly and efficiently.  Professional in attitude and in work.  Finished twenty plus windows in about an hour and a quarter.  Would use again.  Only negative was that they did not take credit cards.  Paid by check.

They are really nice. He's a real gentleman. His name was Hugo. It was $500 for the pool area because it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time before we moved in. Normally he would charge about $300. The surrounding area would be another $200. However, when I asked around I found someone who could do it for $350. When I told him about it, he said he wouldn't pay himself and that he would just pay his work. He listens to the customer.
