Greenway Builders

We contacted Mike for an estimate. He came out quickly and was very responsive. He explained all the details involved as well as itemized all the costs in his estimate. We also had another contractor over to give an estimate-Mike's estimate was very competitive. THe other took much longer to provide their estimate, and once he did, we never heard from him again. We have not yet begun any building and are now considering converting our 2-flat into a single family, so we have stalled until we have a plan. However, I have contacted Mike on several occasions to tell him what we were thinking. He always responded quickly and professionally. We asked for a suggestion for an architect since our project has now broadened. He offered us one and we plan to have Mike over to discuss the possibilities. I have contacted other builders and have never had such responsiveness...especially when we have not even contracted his services. We are looking forward to meeting again with Mike to see if he is a good fit for our new remodel. I would recommend Greenway Builders to anyone who finds the personal touch important.
