We called for quotes on a deadbolt lock and a chain for our door. Chris answered and gave us a great deal. He came to our apartment for installation on the same day and was very friendly, offering us a brand new installation since our old deadbolt lock could not easily be removed. Service was very professional and quick, Full of quality work, taking less than half an hour for a full installation. I would definitely look no further than Midwest Lockouts for any locksmith needs.

So far, so good. I emailed a response of the quote that was emailed. The cost was on the high end of the quote. The only glitch was my response asked for an appointment the next day. I sent a second email, after not hearing from anyone regarding the appointment, for a confirmation. The next morning, I followed up with a call. I was told the got mid-directed. Other. A person was sent within a couple hours and showed 20 minutes before the scheduled time.
