replacement windows
 + -1 moreOther than coming to our home to measure for our windows, Long Lake Lumber did NOTHING FOR US. They never gave us a price. They didn't call us either. We waited to hear from them but still NOTHING. No follow-up, they left us hanging. It was not our responsibility to call them or go to the lumber yard to ask for the price! Apparently Long Lake Lumber either had so much business they were too busy to install a bay window and four bedroom windows for us OR THEY JUST DIDN'T WANT TOO !!! We don't know and probably never will. We would never recommend them to our family or friends. We were so disappointed. We went to Long Lake Lumber because we wanted to give our business to a local merchant. Too bad they didn't feel the same way!!
Description of Work: We went to Long Lake Lumber prior to 9/19 asking about windows. We were shown Marvin windows and liked them. We do not remember the man's name we talked with; wish we did!!! We set up an appointment with him to come to our home to measure. This was on Thursday, 9/19/13. Measuring was the only service they provided. Before he left we asked how soon will he get back to us with a price. He told us later that day but for sure before the weekend. He wanted to talk with his installer (or someone; we're not completely sure he called the other person an installer).
