Window Service
Other than coming to our home to measure for our windows, Long Lake Lumber did NOTHING FOR US. They never gave us a price. They didn't call us either. We waited to hear from them but still NOTHING. No follow-up, they left us hanging. It was not our responsibility to call them or go to the lumber yard to ask for the price! Apparently Long Lake Lumber either had so much business they were too busy to install a bay window and four bedroom windows for us OR THEY JUST DIDN'T WANT TOO !!! We don't know and probably never will. We would never recommend them to our family or friends. We were so disappointed. We went to Long Lake Lumber because we wanted to give our business to a local merchant. Too bad they didn't feel the same way!!
