Larry Smith Owner of L. Smith Concrete Inc. performed the foundation work for a new addition as well as a new 3 car garage. To me this job is large for a residential addition. The foundation was approximately a 40 x 50 . While the job is still in progress, it's on it's last phase and all work to date was performed in advance of schedule. So far the foundation work has passed Lake County's inspection on the first round. This area was difficult to reach due to the closeness to the property line, as well as the distance from the road. Larry Smith and his team were very professional and courteous. Larry Smith answered all questions. He was considerate of the noise and the impact the large equipment/trucks, etc., would have to the yard, neighbors, the road as well as our comfort. His crew worked steady and each day the job site was cleared of any tools, or debris. I did not notice if anyone smoked, but I did not find any cigarette butts around the yard. To me this is a plus. The job is still in progress, but all is going as well if not better than expected. While I did not know Larry Smith, he helped me understand what to expect, and built my trust on work for which I'm not familiar. I would strongly recommend L. Smith Concrete for any foundation required.
