About a month or so ago when they did the estimate on the overall maintenance. I took it in because I had a flat tire. That's when they checked it out, called me, told me what was wrong, put a new tire on it and told me they would be bringing it back. Which was fine, that's what I agreed to. When I went out the next morning the car was already in the driveway with a brand new tire on it. They just didn't worry about the bill for the tire. They just figured I'd be along to pay it and I did, later that day. We just have a really good business relationship. The workers are wonderful. They told me what it needed. They told me what they had already done, what they had ordered. They would give me a call when the parts came in from Japan. They did and made an appointment for me over the phone to bring this morning. I fully expect in about 4 hours they'll be calling me to tell me they're done and they'll come and pick me up. I took the car down there to get everything checked. I just dropped it off. I don't know. I don't keep a graph on them because if they needed to keep it overnight, they'd keep it overnight. If not they'd get it back as soon as they can. They are very flexible and very, very attentive to what the customer needs.

My car has had an issue with overheating. After my mechanic that I had been using couldn't fix the problem, I took it to Jerry over at Ingleside on the recommendation of a neighbor who has been bringing his cars there for many years. Initially, they replaced the radiator and the fan temp sensor, after some diagnostics, but unfortunately since I don't drive far to work, it was difficult to know whether or not that fixed the issue. It didn't so I brought it back a while later and they diagnosed it to be head gasket. It took a day to repair and bingo, this was the fix! The overheating stopped. While they had my car apart, they called me and told me that I needed a new water pump and that my drive belt was frayed and was unsafe to drive with. Since my car has over 110,000 miles, and those two items never being replaced, it was about time. He told me that normally these would run $800 extra in addition to the $900 for the head gasket, but he said they would do it for $200 since they were already in there. You have to respect that kind of honesty and drive to please the customer He showed me the belt when I got in and I'm glad he caught it when he did.
After I got my car back, I noticed about a week later that there was oil and/or coolant underneath my car. It was random, because I had been driving it for a week without seeing it. I figured it was a new problem. I took it back to them thinking it had something to do with the installation of the head gasket so they checked it out for free. They found that the oil valve switch was busted which is why there was oil leaking. They told me to bring it in and since I work close, said I could drop it off at 7am and they would drive me to work and then come get me when it was ready! You can't ask for that kind of service anywhere else. Jerry knows how to treat his customers. Plus while I was there, one of the other guys took me back and showed me the car while it was on the lift and explained to me what was going on. They told me I could use an a new oil pan, but I could wait, and I could drive the car safely without replacing it.
They replaced the oil valve switch for $100 and got my car back. Unfortunately I still saw coolant leaking, at random intermittent times. I called them and they told me to bring it back in. They discovered that it had something to do with the seating of the new water pump so they fixed it for free. You can't beat that.
I've gone to Jerry for my car, my wife's car, and our minivan, for a few years now, and every time I go, I always get the work done quickly and without breaking my wallet. Jerry is a straight guy who isn't going to sell you something you don't need and will work with you when you do need something. He will tell you what can wait and what can't.
If you want a mechanic and a shop that will treat you and your car right, go to Jerry and his team at Ingleside. You cannot find better service and people elsewhere!

Ingleside Auto and Tire Center are excellent, I have no complaints, I have used them for years.

Have looked into what it would have cost if I had gone elsewhere.

they were put on wrong(upside down).told owner he got very loud,rude when told they (stabilizers) were wrong. they did fix the problem,but after a lot of convincing, bad attitude. never use them again.

I made the appointment online and was contacted promptly.
I received a call telling me what needed to be repaired and the cost.
I was promised the car the same day, and it was done on time.
This was a very good experience, and I will definitely go here
for future car repairs.

Ingleside Auto And Tire do quality work and their personality is good. They are excellent and they pick up and deliver the car for me. We have used them for a very long time.

The work is good and they don't charge prices like the dealers do. It is very convenient for me. The price is very competitive.

Any work in the past has been reasonable and done extremely well.

I have had quite a few interactions with them over the years. They have always been going out of their way to be very helpful. I am in walking distance from them. One day during the last winter I dropped off my car and he insisted on driving me home. He drove me home with his truck. He said to me that I had not plowed my driveway. So, he dropped his plow off on his way out. It was amazing. The workers were very competent. I recommended him to somebody else once who had trouble getting his car repaired. He had taken it to the dealer and a couple of the other places but nobody was able to fix it. He brought it to Ingleside Auto and Tire and they fixed it right away. The other places had not been able to find the real problem. I would absolutely go back to them.

Took my wife's car in to Ingleside Auto on Friday 9/2/2011. On Saturday morning they called and gave the results of the diagnostic test and was advised that they couldn't get to the vehicle till Tuesday due to the holiday. Received a call late Tuesday 9/6/2011 advising that the car was ready and we picked up the car on Wednesday 9/7/2011.

We have not had any more problems with her car after that.

Ingleside Auto and its employees are very efficient, reliable, and are kept up to date with their mechanics training for caring for numerous details of most vehicles. We have used and will continue to use Ingleside Auto for ALL the care of our vehicles from minor up keep (basic oil changes, winterizing, safety inspections, etc.) as well as any major repairs to the vehicles as well.

They did a very good job on the alignment and rotation. They did the job very quickly. They are very organized and have a very clean shop. When they are done they show you diagrams of what was done. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

My overall interaction went pretty well. They are very popular and busy. We got in the same day. It wasn't hard to get in there, but they were busy. They didn't actually do any work on the car. I would probably use them again if they were anywhere near my house.

I like everything about them. They are reliable and give good service.

My wife and I only have 1 car and so she went to the shop at the appointed time and they gave her a ride back to our house. After checking the repair that we had requested, they contacted us with a "ball park estimate" obtaining our permission to complete the work. When the work was completed, they returned and picked her up so she could complete the paper work. To our surprise and joy, the total repair cost was far below their origional estimate which made our pocket books very happy. As we are new to the Ingleside area, it was very important to us to find a reliable and trust worthy auto mechanic shop and Angie's List provided us with the opportunity to check out a prior report on this business and helped us decide to have this auto repair shop perform our work. The mechanics were all very professional and courteous.

It went excellent. I took it in and they figures out what was the problem right away. One of the reasons i like going to them is that they are a small town attitude based company. They will give you a ride anywhere if you need one. That is great for a mom with kids.
