+ -1 moreOwner Mike Fess oversaw the $35k remodeling of our master bathroom and was great to work with. This was the second time we used Harmon General Contractors for a remodeling project and were not disappointed. Mike is very responsive, thorough and detailed. The contractors he uses are excellent at what they do and were very accommodating. The best thing about Mike is that he takes real pride in his work and really cares that things are right. We started having problems with the grout around the base of the shower pan and Mike was quick to come over, look it and provide a solution months after the job was over.
Description of Work: Total demo of master bathroom. Installed new bubbler tub, new shower, new vanity with tower. Addressed problems we were having with the poor water barrier in our existing shower as well as poor ventilation from a improperly placed bath fan. Improved lighting with the installation of several canned lights. New shower was designed to include a bench. Finishing touches were added such as wainscoting and a removable panel underneath the tub so the mechanisms operating the tub could be easily serviced. Harmon General Contractors helped us go from a builder's grade bathroom that was somewhat functional to a custom master bath that is very functional and a pleasure to use!
