Erich arrived on time. He kept me apprised of each step he was taking to fix the problem. He successfully fixed my ac; and included a 90 day guarantee. I am very pleased with the outcome and my cool home. I will use ComfortTech again.

Erich was very responsive and timely. Called to service our non-working furnace. He diagnosed and made the repair easily and quickly. Gave us suggestions on how to be more energy efficient in our home. I hired him to come back to do additional maintenance that was needed. He was thorough when working on both our furnace and a/c unit. He is also extremely nice and professional and gave us confidence in his work and our equipment. Will recommend to others!

This is the third time I have used Comfortech plus an additional time when they were sent by our home warranty company to fix the motor on our A/C.  Erich arrives on time or calls to come early.  I feel he gives a very comprehensive check of our furnace and A/C and makes suggestions of things to be aware of and what to look for.  I highly recommend the Comfortech service to anyone looking for a heating or A/C professional.

Our heat had gone out and they came right away. Their rate was much less than others I had called on Angie's List for an after-hours visit. They had a thermostat with them and they were able to complete the repair in the same visit. They even gave me the option of going to the hardware store myself and purchasing one before them got there. However, their price was so reasonable for the thermostat they provided, that I used their parts. Overall, they were great!

I have used Comfortech Heating and Cooling on 2 different occasions and couldn't be happier. Erich is one of the most honest businessmen I have met in years. He is very thorough and actually uses electrical meters to check components rather than judging by visual inspection. During his analysis of the furnace, a part was found that probably would have failed during the coming heating season saving my family and me discomfort from being cold not to mention an additional service call.

Erich willing goes above and beyond what anyone would call normal service, to make sure A) your equipment is in as good condition as it can be and B) the customer is informed in non-technical terms and satisfied.

The 2 installers showed up on time, they introduced themselves to us and explained what they would be doing. They then laid tarps down and put on shoe booties. They worked very hard all day and almost got everything completed but with so much work they had to come back a second day to finish the water heater, humidifier, and new duct work.
I never once heard them swear, complain, or even smoke a cigarette. They always had a friendly disposition and asked me questions and got my approval before cutting holes or setting the a/c. They made sure I was completely happy with the looks of everything.
After they completed the work they picked up, swept, and vacuumed. I actually laughed when I saw how clean the entire room was around the furnace because I have never cleaned it that well my self. They actually did leave the home better than they found it. Great job!
I was so pleased with everything I gave the installers a cash tip. They refused to take it so I put an envelope in their truck and called me the next day to say thanks.
After the installation the salesman came back out and went over the operation and care of the system with us. He showed us everything on the thermostat and how to take care of the furnace and a/c.
I would refer them to anyone I know. Finding a company like them nowadays is very rare and I appreciate what they did for us.

The part that was needed was ordered, picked up, and installed that same day. Considering the age of that system I was afraid he was going to tell me that it had to be replaced. That's what the last company did. Not this guy, he gave me the option of replacing but because the repair was going to be a lot less than a new system I chose the repair. I really respect a person that gives me all the options and facts and then lets me decide, kudos.
You have earned yourself a loyal customer and I will refer you to others I know as well. It's not easy to find an honest heating and a/c guy and I lucked out finding them.
