+ -1 moreDisappointing. We had used Ruffalo on two previous jobs but the person we worked with this time was different and just didn't seem to care. We told the representative of Ruffalo what we were looking for and asked for some simple things, including a sketch and a description of the materials (like the brick that would be used). We were told no and that he would build what we described. We went with a different contractor.
Description of Work: Construct new patio seating area, sit wall and expand driveway.
