Description of Work: They will not respond to phone calls for their services. I have called them multiple times and can't them to show up. I gave up and will not even try again

 + -1 moreThey were sure that they could save my white pine with two $350 treatments, one last year and another this spring. Next week I am paying another service to remove the tree, which is nearly dead. I also had them look at a spruce that had a fungus, and they charged me another $75 to spray it twice. Afterwards I looked up the fungus on the internet and found out that it should be sprayed twice in the spring. This was August! I believe that they are fair, and tried their best with the pine, but the results and price do not impress me.
Description of Work: Attempt to save a white pine and blue spruce.
