it went very well. they were on-time,professional,carefull not to damage doorways, etc.came out for another call to show us how to clean the electo filter, do an inspection/cleaning of the furnace another time. we were happy with all of these until we had a motor go out 1/2010. we had to pay for the part before they would order it which was not told to us till 3days after the service call which considering this was a part for the furnace in Jan I thought was inconsiderate.If they did not perform work for us before I could maybe accept upfront payment. then there was misplacement of our order until my husband called even though we had heat the whole time, the motor could have gone out at anytime we were told. we may use them in the future but would call only if there was no other choice.

I have used John Wuich and his people for 10 years and have always been pleased with their professionalism and quality of work. They installed 3 furnaces and have maintained the heating/cooling system ever since. They have always been prompt and professional. They have always cleaned up after what ever work was done. John has always been very responsive to my needs. Gary, the technician, has performed the services for the last several years and is excellent.

I went to a particular store and they used Wuich and that’s how I found them.  Otherwise I’ve never heard of this company before.  Actually I thought they were very thorough.  In fact the guy that came out thoroughly measured my house and then he looked at my air conditioner.  The one that I had was the 2.5 ton and when he did his calculation, he told me that I don’t need a 2.5 ton but I need a 2 ton.  I was a little concerned with changing sizes and something like that.  My brother-in-law knows a little bit and he talked to the guy, and the guy was really good about working with my brother-in-law.  So I ended up going with the 2 ton and I wanted to make sure that I was making the right decision.  He took a little longer to get it done that day.  There were actually two guys doing the job.  Since it took longer, the other guy had another job and he had to leave and that left one guy all by himself.  So that was a little frustrating because it took a little longer and the other guy got stuck doing the whole project.  That part was a little bit of an issue, but he got it done and did it correctly.  A part of the problem was the way my builder put it in and so it wasn’t their fault.  It was a very large project.  He was on time and punctual though.  I will use their services again in the future.

The licensed plumber called when he was running late. I really appreciate that. He wore protective booties each time he came in the house and was very careful not to damage anything. He explained everything he needed to do, asked if I had any questions, and told me how much it would cost. Did the whole job in less than an hour. Toilet works better than it did new and no leaks. He used an improved wax ring that has a plastic collar that should prevent further problems. Very happy with the results.

They were great, and nothing really stood out. I would use this company again in the future if needed.

very responsive, reasonably priced for a Sunday night call, technician was helpful, knowledgable and provided me with several options to consider when deciding how to repair the A/C. He even offered his opinion what he would do if it were his house. Definitely earned my future business.

John had no problem with me looking for the part on my own, but he also priced it himself with Lennox and gave me a quote that was only $3 more than what I could find on the web. His price for a related part (a capacitor) was about $8 less than the best web price, and I didn't have to pay for shipping. He gave me firm prices on the parts, a firm per-hour labor price, and an estimate of how long it would take to complete the job (it actually took less time than he estimated). John said he would try to get the work done by Fri. (remember, it's 100 degrees and we have no A/C) but on Wed. he called, said the part had arrived from Lennox and wondered if we wanted the work done that afternoon. We did, and we had A/C again by Wed. evening. My only complaint is that the tech said he would come at 3pm but didn't arrive until 4pm. But the job cost half as much as the other firm had quoted, and took half as long as we expected. I highly recommend Wuich and will definitely use them again.
