Brett was phenomenal from first phone call. He made me feel confident in his services by explaining he had an idea what was causing it just by having a phone conversation. He was able to come within one day to take care of the issue. He walked us through the process and took the time to ensure everything was looked at and taken care of. While in my attic, he even took pictures to show and describe the issue to me as well. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!
