Simply Clean

Jessica and her team do a great job. I am always contacted in advance if the schedule changes or if my scheduled cleaning lands on a holiday and needs to be re-scheduled. Very accomodating. Sandra is assigned to my house and she always does a great job and is professional. I would recommend Simply Clean to anyone.

First cleaning with Jessica there was great. She is very nice and thorough. I have a large house and when it is cleaned in 2 hours, I question the quality. Come to find out, dusting is minimal (ceiling fans were skipped and window cils and baseboards were not done as stated). Stainless steel appliances were not cleaned with appropriate cleaners and streaks were left. The showers also were not fully cleaned with soap scum remover or mold and mildew products. I felt as though just the mirrors and shower door were wiped down. Counter still had hairspray build up on it. Although the house smelled clean with large amounts of pinesol, It did not feel clean. I have small kids and finger prints were on sliding glass doors that were very obvious.

They don't interfere with my home and I can do stuff around. The job is done well but I am not the person who would want somebody in my house all day. That is what I like about them. It is expensive but the cleaning is done well. I don't use them weekly but I think their service is great. I think that I am always going to be in touch with them. They are good. I think their pricing is high, but I don't really know what to compare it to. They charged $80 for a day's work and it was for about three and a half hours of work.

Jessica was very prompt and went over the house and gave us an estimate, we starting using her service from then on. She has been a god send! You can always count on her. We are moving out of state and of course Jessica will do the move out for us, I only hope we can find another Jessica on the west coast!
