+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY IS FABULOUS! THEY ARE A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS, WHO ARE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT THEY DO. THEY PROVIDE PERSONAL SERVICE, SO THAT YOU REALLY FEEL THAT YOU'VE GOT A PARTNER IN YOUR HOME SECURITY, AND ARE NOT JUST ONE OF THOUSANDS THAT A COMPANY SERVICES; WHICH IS MY OBJECTION TO THE BIGGER COMPANIES. THE EQUIPMENT IS EXCELLENT, AND THE SALES ASSOCIATE WAS EXTREMELY PROMPT WITH HIS RESPONSE TO MY INITIAL ENQUIRY, AND HAS BEEN AS PROMPT WITH MY QUESTIONS EVER SINCE.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A GE ALARM AND LIGHT SWITCHES, BOTH OF WHICH CAN BE CONTROLLED ONLINE THROUGH A WEBSITE. EVERYTHING IS WIRELESS, SO THERE IS A SAFETY BACK-UP IF THE TELEPHONE LINES ARE CUT. ALSO, I CAN SET A SCHEDULE FOR LIGHTS WHILST I AM AWAY, AND IF I FORGET TO SET THE ALARM, I CAN SET IT REMOTELY AS LONG AS I HAVE ACCESS TO A COMPUTER.
