The first job Mike performed quickly, but not exactly to the specifications of the barn contractor.  The specifications required 10 inches of fall at 10 feet from the barn for the warranty on the construction to be valid.  Once discussed, Mike immediately returned to the job site and set about making the necessary changes to match exactly the specifications of the barn contractor.
Since Mike was attentive to providing a bid, performing the work quickly and resolving the issue on the first job, we had no hesitation in contracting with Mike for the second.
The second job that Mike did for us was like the first.  He responded quickly to our initial request for a bid.  He performed the work in a timely and professional manner.
Overall, a pleasant experience which is so unlike many contractors I have worked with in the past.  Mike maintains a professional demeanor through the whole process.  Mike listens to the needs of the client and works attentively to meets those needs.  If the work is not exactly as requested, Mike is responsive to meeting the clients expectations.
