Yes, I recommend this pro
This company is contracted to do snow removal in the large parking lot where I live. Year after year, they do terrible work. They often do not come for hours (7-8 hours) after a significant snow fall. When they do come, they fill resident's parking spaces with snow or neglect areas of the parking lot entirely. I am more efficient in clearing my parking space with a shovel than they are with their trucks. If it were up to me, I would absolutely never use this company again.
