They sell a lot of houses in our area here. If they sell through their own group, they discount 1% which is good. I would use them again in future. Last year, they used my house to sell other houses which I understand but they didn't help me get any offers on mine. They should help each person with their own house. They sell a lot of houses. They sell 90% of the houses here. They have so many houses they are selling but they don't take enough time for each person on what they need to do or help you. They sell other houses off of open houses but they don't sell one that they have an open house in. They need to spend more time to help each person.
