They were great. Always on time, clean and efficient. The grout came out beautifully after it was cleaned. They used chemicals that were not harmful to humans and the environoment. All in all we were very pleased.This work was done prior to selling our home.

Came to give quote prior to work and were not rushed or pushy.  Very informative and knowledgable. When did work did so while protecting untreated carpet areas and furniture.  Did a great job! Very happy with results. Called to use again for an area rug cleaning and spot removal. They come quickly and schedule according to customers schedule/needs.

Cleaned 3 bedrooms, hallways stairs and living room. We had a tough stain from previous owner that they tried a few times to lift it but didn't work. Otherwise the carpet was dry within a few hours and looks amazing! For the price def worth the cleaning and having it moved.

They did a great job. We decided to pay a little extra to get the carpet cleaned real well to hopefully make it last one more year.  After they finished, they looked almost new!

The work was performed in November 2012 and I neglected to provide this review at the time.  The result of Enviroclean's effort was beyond our expectations.  We had used another commercial carpet cleaner about three years prior and were expecting similar results, but we were pleasantly surprised with the Enviroclean outcome.  George gave us a detailed analysis of our carpet and the results he anticipated.  He then met his expectations and exceeded ours.  Enviroclean of Illinois will be the carpet cleaner we use going forward.

They showed up on time, protected all my furniture with corner guards and moved the smaller things out of the way.   They sprayed a prepping spray, designed to get rid of organic residue like pet stains and oils,  before cleaning.   Afterward, they scotchguarded everything.  My heavily soiled carpet now looks like the day I bought it.  They removed stains, spills, ashes, pet stains, a multitude of icky sticky stuff.   I had a mat in my husband's office that had been there from day one.  When it was removed, the pristine white carpet underneath the mat was a drastic contrast to the dirty  worn carpet around it.   I thought, well, that will never look like that again.   Well, you can't even tell where the mat had been.   That's how clean the carpet is now.  Its insane.  Get these guys.   Even if you don't get the full treatment, they do a basic for much less.   They are knowledgable and professional.

My experience was phenomenal! The service is great, the people are very professional & easy to talk with, and the rug & runners are beautiful again. I would highly highly recommend this company to anyone who has hand-tufted heirloom quality rugs that want to keep them for many years to come.  George was excellent at explaining exactly what needed to be done to get them back to beautiful quality again & Jeremy kept me informed of the cleaning process including sending me videos of my rug being cleaned. Without a doubt this is the best company in the midwest to work on heirloom quality oriental rugs if you want them well cared for.

I have never been cussed at by any service providers in my life.
He has no idea of customer service.
Wonder what he may tell you if you need to schedule an appointment?

There's not much to say about this -- they did an excellent job as always. I have them come twice a year. They only use natural products, no nasty chemicals. They have trained me to not try to clean up spills myself, but to wait for them to come and do it properly. (If you don't try to clean it yourself and have them do it ,you will never see the stain again, or rings from the stain or anything.)

I have been using Enviroclean since the 90s. I started using them at my place of work (I owned my own business) and then decided to have them do my house, too. I haven't even thought about trying any other carpet cleaning service since the day I first met them.

He took them to his shop to clean them. They're very professional, he is taking it to another level. He's an engineer so he is so into it, he has even written a book about it. He is just extremely professional and knows his business inside and out. He is also very personable. He goes everywhere so if you ever need your rugs or furniture cleaned, call him.

I would recommend them. They do nice work. I have used them a couple of times, and they were good. They were honest and their prices were good. They did quick and clean work.

I think they are amazing! They do not use chemicals, just enzymes and steam and I think they are wonderful. They really know their stains and they can usually get the stains out especially if you have not touched the stain.

The service was excellent. I called and set up an appointment over the phone; the lady I spoke with also gave me an estimate of what it would cost (which was within $20 of what I paid). She gave me the name of the person coming out to do the work and we set it up for the following Monday. The day the work was complete the person doing the work called me to tell me where he was at and that he would be at my house soon. I though that was very considerate and nice of him to do. He cleaned all the items we needed cleaned and he even cleaned a small area where there is a lot of traffic for free. All in all my experience was great and I will use them again and will recommend them to others.

They came in and used the steam cleaner, but that didn't work very well. They came back and did the scrubber clean and it worked wonderfully. They used a chemical to get rid of the smoke smell. They were professional and their prices are reasonable. They only charged me half of the cost from the first visit on the second visit. He also made me aware that my ducts need to be cleaned and they recommended a company to me. They worked me in their schedule and came back to check for a smoke smell after the work was done. I would certainly recommend them.
