 + 1 moreOverall, they made out great - Always Greener company was paid for many services they never performed. As the customer, I didn't have such a good result and am still trying to undo the damage they did to my lawn. When I reported them to the Better Business Bureau they lied and said that instead of completing the fall cleanup, they gave me free snow removal service for the winter of 2009/2010. When I repsonded to the BBB with my original paid receipts for the supposedly free snow removal services, Always Greener discontinued corresponding with the BBB and the case was never resolved.
Description of Work: They were contracted and paid in advance to mow, fertalize, and aerate my lawn as well as general fall cleanup for the entire year of 2009. They mowed the lawn regularly enough, however they neglected to mow the entire lawn. The portions that are outside of my fence were not mowed regularly. The also left a gate between my yard and the street open twice and both times I had loose dogs to round up when I got home from work. Always Greener never, not once, reposnded to any phone calls from me regarding the gates, the lack of mowing, etc. Then they never applied the third of the four lawn treatment packages I had purchased nor did they complete any fall clean up - including leaf removal. Leaves from eight mature maple trees laid on my grass all winter. I am still trying to repair the damage they did to my lawn. However, they were well paid for all of those services before any of the services were completed (sure I received a discount for paying in advance but that discount has been used many times over trying to corract the damage they did).
