Overall, they made out great - Always Greener company was paid for many services they never performed. As the customer, I didn't have such a good result and am still trying to undo the damage they did to my lawn. When I reported them to the Better Business Bureau they lied and said that instead of completing the fall cleanup, they gave me free snow removal service for the winter of 2009/2010. When I repsonded to the BBB with my original paid receipts for the supposedly free snow removal services, Always Greener discontinued corresponding with the BBB and the case was never resolved.
