power washing went well.
painting was very,very sloppy.  attempted to paint exterior windows, painted all over sashes.  attempted to paint interior ceiling, did not cover.  demanded final payment via personal check to owner, not to company.  had to hire a different painter to fix all that was wrong.  also, painted exterior windows with inferior product, per other painting experts.
