About us
Abney Home Improvements has been around for 40 years. Resently Ron Abney sold me (Josh) the business and I have been taking care of his customers for a little over a year now. We sell Vinylkraft windows and Target doors in addition to Anderson and Pella. We also offer siding, roofs, decks, kitchen, and bath remodels.

Very disapointed with the lack of follow up. I do believe that Mr Abney does want to do the right thing and fix the damage done but leaving the customer feeling forgotten is no way to run a business.

Abney put on a new roof for us and had to replace some of the decking because of rot. Covered the vent to the furnace and never opened it back up so the furnace could be vented. Roof looked good but when the weather got cold and the furnace came on we noticed that our upstairs hallway was leaking out of the light fixture. My son opened the attic and it was completely wet and had mold on the attic boards from condensation also the gas company told us ofcourse that this was dangerous because the gas was not leaving the house and should be taken care of immediately. Called Abney and instead of coming out quickly to fix the problem they put us on the list of things to do and didn't seem to care if we were in a dangerous situation of gas fumes.
