Description of Work: Replaced furnace and air conditioner and he did not back up his work when I had a problem with the AC. He came by after I called him about a problem with the AC. He got his guages and bottle of refrigerant and checked the system and he told me that it had to much refrigerant. He proceeded to take some out and in the process he released some of the refrigerant out into the atmosphere. he told me he would stop by in a few days to check it again and he never stopped by so I called him about a week and half later and he didnt return my call, I called again the next day and he still did not return my call. So I called him again the next day and told him if I did not receive a call back this time that I would submit a report about his business to Angies List. I received a prompt call back from him asking me who was i going to call and after telling him he gave me a lame excuse about trying to call me back which was a lie because I have voice mail and also it will give me missed calls. he then hung up on me before I could say anything. After repeated calls bck to him he finally picked up the phone and told me to quit calling his phone or he would call the police.
