Description of Work: Sean showed up at the house before I did and was inspecting the outside. He was very thorough with the outside even in single degree temperature. He was very thorough inside and discovered many things I am asking the seller to address before closing. He also walked me through everything he was examining and made sure all my questions were answered. The only reason I gave him a B instead of an A is because the inspection report that was promised that day was not received until the next morning which delayed my attorney's response to the seller's attorney. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with the service Xcellence Inspection Services provided.

He arrived at my home before our scheduled appointment and began the inspection of the outside while waiting for me to arrive. In addition, he walked me through every inch of my home and explained every aspect of it. His detailed inspection report truly helped me to understand the workings of a home, specifically a multi-unit property. I would recommend him to any and everyone.

+ -1 moreThey were recommended to us by a friend. They were really very good. We were able to get the inspection done quickly. The inspector was very nice and knowledgeable. He was timely and very thorough. He literally went over everything with us. We had questions outside the inspection which he answered. He made sure knew everything. He recommended us to get a structural engineer to look at the issue of the house. I went online and got some other prices and I felt their prices were in line as well.
