We were not pleased with the company. 3-4 week installation turned into almost 7 weeks, however they did remain diligent about sending us billing reminders throughout our wait. We needed to call them to ask about delivery repeatedly. When the awnings did come in, they did not contact us to schedule installation. During installation, 2 window screens were ripped and the siding was scraped and scratched in several places from sliding their ladder across the house. One section of siding was buckled when the retractable hardware was put in place as well. We had looked into other companies, who came in with higher estimates. In hindsight, we should not have let the lower cost be the deciding factor. We are very glad that it is finished, but would not recommend to others.
