The installer, Amy, that came to my house was on time and extremely informative. She made sure before she left that I understood how to use the system. She gave me her personal cell phone # and said that I could call her anytime if I had questions or issues. Everyone that I spoke to at the company, the sales rep, the office staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company to my friends and family if they needed an alarm system.
