The actual installment of the doors went well, the locks were the wrong locks. Both the installer John and myself called the store in inquired about receiving the correct locks. The store was able to attained the proper locks, contacted the installers to come back out to change them over. The installers (John was very professional but frustrated by the mis-haps of the store). So after installing the locks they found that the store did not key all the keys to fit all locks on both doors, so again John had to called the store about the keys. The store called me with in 10mins of John leaving and informed me that a lock-person was on his way to re-the tumblers to one key will fit all locks- so that left only two keys- and I needed 4 keys (two for each door). I was told that I could go to the store anytime, that my name would be put into the system for two keys to be made. The installer was great and worked very hard.
