Work in 2012 and 2013 went fine on turning off and turning on the sprinkler system.
This spring 2014 I phoned and they were supposed to come in early May on a Saturday to turn on the sprinkler system. They never came. I called 2 more times to reschedule and calls were never returned. It has been a week since I talked to someone who said that their new phone system was a problem. He said he would call back to schedule later that day. Payment was always cash or check.
Since we bought this house they serviced our sprinkler system 3 times. We were happy with the service until spring 2014. I will need to get another company to turn on the sprinklers for this summer.

"This customer complaint has never come to my attention ,we don't charge 50.00 Dollars for turn-on .we had rouge tech that worked for us two months and was fired for stealing business from us. I am the manager I leaved my personal cell phone open to my customers and generally call me directly if there is problem. This is A- typical ????"

Went great! System was described by workers, and I was taught how to use the product (new homeowner/broken system). When I told the workers I was on a budget, the got the system working, and let me know that there were additional repairs that could be put off for awhile without damage to the system or effectiveness.

I stopped Mr. Longmire while he was installing an irrigation system in my neighborhood and asked him to give me an estimate. He came to my house within 2 days, walked through the yard and provided an estimate within 2 days. We compared the Rain Dance estimate to others we had received and it was slightly lower. We signed the contract and Mr. Longmire had his team at our house for installation within days. The team was professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They completed the job within a day. They cleaned up after themselves as well. I had one minor problem and they came to resolve the issue within 2 - 3 days. Overall, it was one of the best installation experiences I have had for my home!

THE COMPANY AND REPRESENTATIVES WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TIMELY. THE WORK REQUIRED THE UNEARTHING OF A GOOD PART OF OUR LAWN, BUT THEY TOOK THE CARE TO PUT THE SOD BACK AND SHOWED US HOW TO CARE FOR IT. GREAT WORK.

THEY ARE VERY SERVICE ORIENTED. THE OWNER WAS ON-SITE AND WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK BEFORE THEY LEFT.
