the Installer Jacob DeBoer was the installer on thursday 12-14-17 and did a great job! Salesperson Mike came out to our house to sell the product an he was fine. ISSUE: Today 12-16-17 somehow I couldn't get me opener to work right on my side an had to keep hitting an holding down the one on the wall to get it down...called the company in homewood an a man by name of "Mike" answered (not the one that was salesperson) VERY RUDE an said I had to wait 'til monday when their service personal were there, was SO RUDE I couldn't believe someone couldn't come today...even called emergency # an HE answered the 800 #....he wanted to hang up on me...my husband knows I am NOT a rude person but WE needed brand new doors to work properly an they won't....so dissapointed an others were great but this individual who was working the phones at the company was not a nice or helpful person....

Smoothly. No problems. However, I would of liked the installer to inform me that light bulbs needed to be installed so I could of provided them and he could of installed them. I assumed it was done. I needed to get a ladder and install them myself which was troublesome since I don't own a ladder.

They didn't fix it at the time obviously. I was hoping they would give me a discount on the motor they did put in later but they didn't.

Firm responded immediately to problem and did work in timely fashion.  Scheduling and service call was courteous and to the point.  Price was reasonable.  We would use them again.

The door was very heavy and they put in heavy duty springs. Everything worked fine. There were people that were willing to do it cheaper but I felt this company would do it better.

I was very disappointed with this companies lack of concern for customer service. Once I pay good money to have work performed, I expect great customer service to which I did NOT receive. The salesman who came out was very professional, friendly, knew his job, and was punctual. However, once the door was ordered from the company, then the poor customer service started. I received a call to set up a date and time for installation. The serviceman was to be at my home at 1 pm. No one showed. No phone call was made to me concerning the delay. I then made a call after a no show of 1 hour. I was told that the worker was running late and would be there within the hour. One hour passed, still no one came. Finally, the worker came at 4pm!! Three hours late! Once there, the worker never apologized for the delay and no one from the company called with an apology either. I must say that the quality of the door was great, and the installation done professionally. After the work was completed, I was told by the worker that he needed to return to apply some stripping to one side of the door. I called the company the following week for a date of completion was given a time and date. The worker was to be at my home between the hours of 1pm and 4pm. I left work early to have this work done. BUT!! Once again on the day of the service, the worker NEVER came!! I never received a phone call from the company to explain what had happened. I called the next day and was told that the materials needed to complete the job didn't come in. Really!!?? So, no one bothered to call and inform me of the stiuation?? You call this customer service??! How rude and inconsiderate of this company to take my money and provide such awful customer service! No phone call, no explanation, no apology. I will never do service with this company or recommend anyone. I'm still waiting for the owner to call me. We'll see how long that takes!

Overall, I was very satisfied with them. They were punctual; they came when they said they would. The service was excellent, and the work was fast. The price was very good too. I would rate them highly.

Our interaction with them was fine. They were very professional and responsive. They came out when they said they were going to come out and did what they said they were going to do, as far as the estimate was concerned. I would consider using them in the future.

They did a super job! They were good overall.

I LOVE THE DOOR AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB INSTALLING IT, BUT THE RUBBER PART ON THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR THAT SEALS THE DOOR SHUT IS CURLED UP ON ONE END WHICH COULD CAUSE WATTER TO TICKLE IN. OTHER THAN THAT, EVERYTHING IS FINE.

We contacted Overdoors around 8 am and they gave an estimate of not before 2 pm that day. They called before they arrived at 4:15. The work was completed by 4:45. Overall, excellent service! Date of service 12/14/07.

He showed up within 2 hours of my phone call and quickly repaired the spring. He also checked out the other parts of the garage and tweaked them as necessary for no additional charge. I'm very pleased with his service.

Salesman returned call promptly, came out the next day and gave estimate. It was lower than hardware stores by $200, and I would be working with a separate installer. Door was ordered and estimated to arrive in 3 weeks. It arrived 1 week early and was installed the next day. The Installer left the garage cleaner than when he arrived. He arrived on-time and took the estimated time to install. He was courteous and efficient. The experience was far above expectations.

Repairman was very thorough and honest about repairs. Gave me a lot of information I didn't know about the garage door operation.

Excellent service; on time and reasonabley priced.

They did a good job and were very prompt and thorough. They cleaned up well, too. I have no complaints whatsoever. This company has been in business for a long time and I have used them in the past. They did a good job for me then, too.
