Took a little while get them out after agreeing on the job, (but there were a lot of recent storms).
Price was in much lower than the highest bid and right in line with the lowest bid.
All of the crew knew their job. area was cleaned after the job was finished. will use again.

Their quote was half of what other tree services are called and I have them come out.  Their tree services are half the price maybe they didn’t do a nice of a cleanup job but you are saving like $1500.  I would say I was very satisfied with them.  I wasn’t happy with the quality but it saves a lot of money.  They are very prompt.

When the landscaper came to sod the area, his shovel touched tree stump a couple inches beneath the surface and he said nothing would grow unless the stump was ground down to between 8 and 10 inches below the level of the grass.  I have since discussed the problem with other tree service companies and they all agreed that it is common knowledge that stump grinding has to go down 8 to 12 inches in order to grow grass in the area where a stump has been ground down.  I have since paid another tree service to  grind down the stump to the correct level.

I repeatedly called Mr. Piacenti, leaving numerous messages with his answering person and received no call from Mr. Piacenti.  I finally called one evening and caught Mr. Piacenti himself at home and he said he would come out the following day at 4:00 p.m.  He never showed up.   I then called several more times and left  messages to no avail.  I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income and  I paid  Mr. Piacenti for a service that I did not receive.    Mr. Piacenti took my  $150.00  and I did not receive the service for which I paid.

Overall, the company was very responsive and performed excellent work.  I called the company late Thursday afternoon around 4pm to request an estimate to have one tree removed and my neighbor's tree pruned back to my fence line.  The person I spoke with stated someone would be out that evening and leave the estimate in the mailbox.  When I arrived home around 6pm, the estimate was in the mailbox.  I called to ask how soon they would be able to perform the work and I was told either Friday or Monday.  I asked if I needed to be present on the property and I was told "no".

When I arrived home Monday evening, the tree had been removed and my neighbor's tree had been pruned back to my fence line.  There was no evidence (debris, wood chips, etc.) that any tree work had taken place - the company did an excellent job of cleaning the work site.

I called the company Monday evening to ask how they would receive their payment since I was not there when the work was performed.  I was told the receptionist would stop by on her way home from work - within the hour.  About a half hour later, Theresa rung my doorbell and I handed her a check.  The entire process from receiving the estimate to providing payment was quick and painless.  I would definitely recommend this company.

Left a stump tall enough to set a table for dinner - removing it would be another couple hundred dollars! Other quotes (that came a day or two later, a senior, too anxious to wait) were for much less and included stump removal. Tried to get him to replace gutter corner with multiple phone calls - none returned - but would not. Filed complaint with the better business bureau. Unprofessional, overpriced AND an attitude.

Excellent , more than our expectation. Extremely sincere , best price(compared to other tree services), got heavy equipments and at the end cleaned the job area. Hard to find such a great service around town. I would definitely vouch for these guys to anyone. In one word these guys are true professionals and know how to do business.

I was pretty happy. I did call back and told them they missed something. They left 1 branch hanging but never came back for it (unless they slipped in when I didn't know about it). Other than that, they did a pretty good job.

Arrived at 8:30 am with a chipper, climbed neighboring tree, removed protruding limb by cutting it off at approximately my property line, dropping it onto my lawn, cutting the limb into small pieces and then chipping it into mulch. Used a chain saw to prune the tree on my lawn. Removed all debris and swept the street clean. Very neat procedure. This is the second time I've used them and highly recommend them.

THEY REMOVED THE TREE, BUT DID NOT GRIND THE STUMP NOR DID THEY REMOVE. I HAVE CALLED THEM BETWEEN 8-12 TIMES AND THEY HAVE NEVER ONCE RETURNED A PHONE CALL. I HAVE LEFT MESSAGES NUMEROUS TIMES AND STILL NEVER GOT A CALL BACK.
