He was professional and explained what he was doing and why. He was on time and did what he needed to do, and I haven't had any problems with my air conditioner since. I've been using him for over 6 years.
Once I had to call him because my heating went out, and he explained the situation along with my options. He correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it without an issue.
