+ -1 moreThe developer was very good. The owner was attentive and genuinely concerned about the satisfaction of his buyers. The owner suggested that we postpone our closing date so that he could complete the best quality work. They met our needs. On occasion they were slow to respond after closing. They build quality homes with very good customer service.
Description of Work: Madison Homes was the builder for our new home. For an initial deposit of $1000, we were able to reserve a lot on the new development, pick our model and make customizations.
