The worst! If I could give them 0 stars I would. They were supposed to install an oven for us at a property and told us the install would be between 2 and 6pm. They did not show up or call until 7pm! And then claimed they waited for someone to come to the door but we have proof they never got out and never came to the door because two people at the property saw the truck but they never got out. They did it because they needed to finish their night and so they claimed no one was there to open the door so they could leave. Unacceptable!

I purchased a Kitchen Aid fridge from Lorenz. It lasted two weeks and a part went out. Instead of replacing it they told me I had to work directly with Kitchen Aid. So basically they left me high and dry for 3 weeks until the part showed up. Stay away from this place.

Lorenz performed an excellent job. The workers were pofessional,detailed ,created a very smooth transition . This was my second Imelda doing business with Lorenz .

The sales representative Brandon has sold me 3 appliances to date. He was very knowledgeable about each appliance and steered me to the right appliance for my needs. He did not try to over sale. The installers were prompt and they cleaned up after themselves. Delivery was free.

Lorenz Appliances' services was phenomenal. Their customer service was great. They were very reasonably priced, know their stuff and they work with you.

The service went very well. They came out and installed it. They were very good.

They were very nice and they were very helpful. I wasn't here on time but they said they would leave and come back at a different time which was very nice. I would hire them again in a second. They are very dependable and they did a great job.

A power surge from ComEd ruined our refrigerator. Lorenz had an exact copy in stock and delivered it within 3 hours. This was on the day before our wedding and about 6 hours before we hosted our rehearsal dinner. Moreover, they had a loaner that we could have used if they didn't have what we needed in stock. They were willing to go the extra mile for us, and we very much appreciated it.

I called and told them what the problem was and they were able to tell me what the problem was. They brought the part with them and had it working in a very short time. I think they are just great.

The company insatlled all of our major kitchen and laundry appliances. Most of the items were delivered on time. I did have do do without a microwave and a working cooktop for about 2 weeks, which was not good. They did replace the cooktop and bring a new microwave, but service could have been better.
