KIRK POWERS – POWERS BUILDING IMPROVEMENT

The removal of my old mailbox and installation of a new mailbox went very well.

Everything went great! Would definitely hire again.

It was "GREAT", I was very pleased .

Mr Powers came and looked at our current door installation and the new doors we ordered. He determined he would need some additional materials for installing the new doors (our home is 65+ years old.) He went and purchased the material and installed the entry door. Upon unboxing the storm door, it was apparent we were missing some parts. Instead of calling the factory for the missing parts, as the manufacturer advises, he went back to the store where we purchased the doors, and was able to get them to give him the parts from their in stock doors. He was able to return the next day to finish installing the storm door. One thing I was not looking forward to was having to repaint the interior wall after the trim had to be removed for the installation. I was totally amazed that he was able to get the trim off without chipping up the paint, and reinstalled it EXACTLY. The wall doesn't need any touch up around the trim at all!!! What a time saver that was for me. Mr Powers is very meticulous and extremely neat. Everything was completely cleaned up when he left. He even removed the stickers off the door windows. We will definitely be calling him for our future handyman repairs.

Mr. Powers showed up on time. The door has been a challenge since I have lived in this home. Mr. Powers was the first to ever do the job and make it look as if the door belonged to the property. He admitted to it being a first time seeing something like this, but that did not stop him from completing the job. He also was able to fix a sliding drawer in the kitchen. I was very pleased with the work and the cost

Kirk is our go to for all of our household fixes.  He is a lifesaver, prompt and reasonably priced.  So happy that we found him through Angie's list.  Very efficient and a great find!!!

Kirk did a fantastic job on our bedroom remodel. He replaced the ceiling fan, installed custom closet shelving/drawers, installed molding for the accent wall, and put in a barn door. He had to get creative with a couple of snags that arose, like modifying the size of the barn door slider, and he was always able to come up with solutions. His work is excellent and he works very quickly so it was done in less time than he estimated. The cost was less than expected because he charges an hourly rate. I was very pleased with the end result and he's very fair with his pricing. He's also professional, dependable, and efficient. A rare find! I will definitely use him again!

It was excellent. He came on time, the price was reasonable, and the service was excellent as far as I was concerned. The work was performed in a timely manor. I trust his opinion and I will using him again in the future.

He responded so quickly that we were not even home when he came and took care of it. We left with the downspout lying on the ground (satellite cable still attached), and came home to find everything neatly reconnected and barrel stored as though nothing had ever been wrong.

Mr. Powers does very good quality work.  He is very efficient.  He is very professional.  Excellent, excellent, excellent!
