KAT ORGANIZING SOLUTIONS

Discussed with Kris what we were needing. My parents home was immaculately maintained. Kris came 2 mornings for 1 1/2 hrs each time. There was NEVER a discussion regarding a handyman, dumpster etc. Kris sat an made file folders the entire time of the 2 visits, The 2 cancellations were due to a medical emergency, my mom taken by ambulance to the hospital. I have documented proof. Not knowing her, I wasnt going to have her at my parents home while I was in ER with my Mother. Tried reaching Kris on multiple occasions within a 3 week period leaving multiple voice mail messages. When I finally did reach her, she was rude & unprofessional screaming on the phone an hung up. Taking advantage of the elderly is disgusting in my opinion.

She helped my 80 year old father move from Tinley Park to Montgomery, IL. She was highly recommended by a family member who works at the Pentagon. My father had ONE valuable possession, a painting. Everything arrived BUT the painting. After much arguing and emailing back and forth, Kristine has washed her hands of us and refuses to reimburse my father. I warned her that with her refusal, I would shout it from the rooftops that she harmed an octogenarian! This is the first of many ugly reviews. Don't use her or trust her with your valuables. She doesn't stand behind her work. If I may quote her, "I only charged you $$$, so I didn't do that much!" HORRIBLE! BEWARE!

Very rude and disrespectful. Unprofessional demenor.  Very pushy and argumentative. Did not allow me to tell her what I wanted to do with MY belongings. Handled all of my personal belongings as if they were trash.  I had to have my daughter call her because she was so rude she brought me to tears.  To this date I can not find a lot of my belongings do to her disorganization.  Is not careful about handling fragile items. Charges fees that are not in her contract.  I will be reporting her to the senior fraud hotline.  I don't recommend this company works with any senior citizens. She endorses "contractors" that are fraudulent. PLEASE BEWARE! I'm sorry I didn't do a background check.

I could not have done this myself.  She was nice and very organized.  Everyone was on time.  Kris and one of her staff showed up and started working right away.  Later a junk company showed up and started hauling away the items that I did not want.  Everything was done in a very timely manor.  I would recommend KAT Organizing Solutions.  I plan on moving later this year and I will contact Kris to help me with my move.

I would not hesitate a moment to recommend the very complex, difficult, and personable home-organization service of Kat to all who are in midst of any kind of stifling physical function in home life can be truly paralyzing life situation. It takes a special eye and mind set to visualize and then to re-structure such unpleasant personal & physical chaos. K. Todd has these mind sets.

I really needed help and she did a great job. I don't even recognize my office space anymore. Things are so much easer to find and it has stayed cleaned. I am so glad that a friend told me about this service, I don't know how I functioned without her before. She is a little high in price but it was worth it.

Initially, Kris came to my house to provide a consultation and quote regarding the project. She listened to my challenges, evaluated my space and recommended some innovative organization ideas. We scheduled a three-hour time block to tackle the project together. Kris was very focused on getting the job done within my budget. Kris was professional, yet challenged me to make some hard decisions on what to keep or toss and encouraged me to make some changes that will save me time and aggravation in the future.
