I had a better deal. Their service was better. They were much less pushy. They're very professional, quick and it was a very easy compare to other, I've much better experience. I would use them again in the future.

They were great, to my surprise. I got several much higher quotes from other companys. I was leary because I hadn't used them before and thought that the bigger companies would find a way to rip me off, But they gave me a price.. stuck to it .. arrived on time pull out the old unit and installed the new one quickly and this may be about 3 months later and all seems to be well.

This was a very confusing and frustrating process, resulting in us being without counters or a sink for over 2 weeks. We had to juggle both contractors, and that added days before each step in the process as we waited for each contractor to do their work, and had to schedule the next step for the next day or later. Even though they took all the measurements, the counter tops did not fit because of the pipes. So they had to leave, and have us call the plumber to come back and move the pipes. Once that was done, we could schedule the install again. They then charged an additional $100 for the 2nd visit. Home Depot was not helpful in dealing with anything.

THE HOME DEPOT WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. THE SALES PERSON AND THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY WERE PROMPT AND THEY ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND THEN SOME.
