We like it because it is not a big box store, I don’t know the operations of a hardware store but I feel like I am giving local business my money. I think that of all the people that work there I usually go to the older people. I assume that they work longer and I feel more comfortable asking older people like those in their 50s and 60s for help more than the younger ones. They do have a wide range of both young and old employees there. So I do get the service by talking to the people asking them for help for things and I have met them in the past. Simply because they are not the big box store their prices could be little higher but I would recommend anyone to go there.
