We had Concrete Guys tear out and replace front steps. They looked great until the first winter when they started to crumble. We called Pete multiple times and he came out with Prairie Concrete QA rep who tested the concrete. Prairie said that we used too much salt in the winter. Salt was NEVER applied to our new steps. Pete said that he would repair them but would whine and complain every time we called him stating that he was too busy but he would get to it. Two years later after being angry that we kept calling him because the concrete continued crumbling, he sent a guy out who put a skim coat on the steps. They looked great for THREE days and the skim coat started to crumble off. Pete would not return phone calls again and my $4,000.00 stairs look like they did before we paid to have Pete replace them. I don't know how this man is still in business. I would NEVER recommend his company to anyone.
Description of Work: The stairs in front of my house that I had replaced looked good until the first winter.
