I took my computer in thinking it might need a new hard drive. They said it would take a couple of days to diagnose, and they called me three days later to say it needed a new mother board which would take 5-7 working days to receive. I didn't hear anything, so I called a week later on a Friday to find that they had received the mother board, and it would be early the next week before it was completed. I didn't hear anything by Wednesday, so I called again, and was told it was being worked on, and would possibly be finished by the next day. Still nothing on Thursday, and I called on Friday morning when I was told it would be completed by that afternoon. So it took 17 days from start to finish which seemed an inordinately long time. It would have been better had I been called and told from time to time where they were in the repair process instead of my calling in each time.
Since I have had the computer back, it has run perfectly. $495 is a lot of money for repair, but it would have cost me much more to replace as the initial cost of this laptop was $1100 in 2009.
I would definitely use them again as they did seem to know what they were doing.

She didn't charge me, just told me what to do and it worked. Patiently listened to my problem. I think that was just great that she helped me over the phone, very concise and accurate.
