Richard A. Sudantas Construction

Started in February. Took until end of March to get permits. End of the year and still not finished. By his own documented admission he has no hours at the house between May and November. Money was paid in installments but due to unexpected complications we "paid in full" and then extra on an additional contract also "paid in full". Now says more is needed for his labor. Contract was for work performed not time and materials. My fault for having too much faith in him to execute but claimed he "had the funds to get it done" in July and we thought he would. When he demanded money for labor we questioned him and finally said no. Appliances and more that we purchased and have receipts for are in his possession as well as the cabinets and countertops. No kitchen, baths, flooring anywhere, most doors, and still drywall to hang. Almost as though all the money went right to his new car and home in Florida (I have texts and videos/pictures to back up everything I am claiming).
