Wonderful! Ray is the BEST!! Very fair quote, came out the next day and replaced both springs (at my request). On his own initiative he also greased and cleaned whatever needed greasing and cleaning for no extra charge. I had no idea how quiet a garage door could be! Recommended him to my neighbor and now on Angie's. This guy deserves your business!!

I called around 2pm and was able to make a appointment the same day. I was kept informed to when the repairman would arrive. They arrived and replaced the broken spring as promised the same day. Excellent service I highly recommend.

Installer came out the next day and did the install. He was very nice and mindful of our baby in the house. We didn’t even know he was there. Once he was finished he took my wife and I through the operation of the door and remotes and things to watch out for as far as the censors. He answered our questions throughly and was great to work with.

Ray was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some good tips to keep my door running. He showed me how to oil the spring and all the parts of the door. He was very cheerful and friendly. I had a lot of questions and he was able to answer all of them. I would highly recommend Ray to anyone.

Called Ray last night, he offered to come over at 11:00 pm at night. Decided to have him come in morning instead. He arrived on time and replaced two cables and rollers on garage door. I don't normally write review's, but Ray did an Excellent job and at a very fair price!! I highly recommend him!

Starting with the initial phone call, Ray was personable and professional. After scheduling a time to review my issue, Ray called ahead and arrived within his stated time. He reviewed with me my problems and possible solutions. He DID NOT attempt to upsell me on more expensive items. He answered all my questions, including pricing, and concerns then allowed me to decide what to do. After deciding, he went to work and was very efficient. In less than one hour he replaced both springs, cables, adjusted and lubed the door, replaced the seal at the bottom of the door, and was packed up completing my receipt. His price was very reasonable and was the stated price we agreed to before starting the work. I will not hesitate to call on him again when I need service for my other door.

Ray, changed out the sensors and wiring and he even lubricated the springs that he changed out a few years ago. I asked to have the rollers changed from steel to nylon and we had to make a new appointment for that. Ray calls when he is on his way to your home. Ray arrived on-time to change the rollers out. He also greased the belt on the door opener. I will call Ray again, if service/repair work is needed.

I called Ray, he was able to come out in 30 minutes- had the problem taken care of within the hour! Replaced the bearing plates, cables, adjusted the spring tension and force in the opener itself, balanced the garage door- very professional, courteous, and kind. Poor guy missed his lunch because of me and had to work in the freezing cold. Definitely would call again.

Better than expected and I'm enjoying a functioning garage door again. I didn't rate price because I hired this company based on Angie's List reviews and didn't comparison shop. Also, I can't assess the quality/durability of the installed unit until I use it for awhile, but I trust these guys based on their communication, work performed, and the fact that this is all they do. No hesitancy in recommending this company.

I am extremely impressed with Ray. Highly professional and knowledgeable, pays close attention to details and looks over the entire job and different ways of getting the work done. My Dad who is 89 y/o has a 2 car garage but has not used one side of the garage for a car because he has LOTS of tools on that side. Recently, we’ve downside some of his tools and now want to use that side of the garage too. However, the garage door opener that is 25 years old wasn’t working and we were under the impression it needed to be replaced. We had a couple other repairmen out to give us estimates. Ray came out and studied the setup that was in place, and the garage itself as everything with the garage is original and 80 years old. He took pics because he hadn’t seen the system that operated the doors. He also pointed out things the other repairmen hadn’t. He told me an issue we might have because of the sensitive nature of the newer garage door openers. He was very thorough. Now keep in mind I called and told him the current garage door opener didn’t work and we were replacing it. We talked about options. He also took a look at the current garage door opener and he put it back on the trolley (something the other repairmen who looked at it didn’t do) and the garage door opener worked. My Dad doesn’t need a new one. I asked what we owed and he said no charge. I was floored and felt bad because he had fixed the old one. In the end we needed two remote garage door openers because after not using it for 25 years my Dad would have no idea where they were. I would use him again and will recommend him to family and friends.

Ray found two broken door hinges and replaced them. He also checked the motor and lubricated the doors as well as adjusting the sensors. He was at my home 30 minutes after I called him. I may have just gotten lucky with timing, but it was great getting a problem solved so quickly. I asked him a few questions about the door and it's operation, and he took the time to inform me. I've already recommended him to a family member. Very pleasant experience.

I called around 10:30 a.m. Ray said he could be out between 2 and 3 p.m.. He called when he was on his way and arrived around 2. Adjusted the door and the springs, checked out the motor. Working fine now.

Ray Jr. was able to see me that day, arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time, explained the nature of the problem and how he was going to repair it. He also found a couple of additional minor issues that he took care of for no extra cost. Overall, very professional. I would absolutely use him again.

Ray was on time and was very professional at all times. He knew what I needed withing 10 seconds of arriving. He had to go buy a part and came back and replaced the part shortly thereafter. He went well above and beyond and spent 45 minutes to an hour all together replacing the part and tweaking both garage doors. We talked about future items that might need repair and was a super nice guy who knew exactly what he was doing. I will definitely call him back for any future garage door needs.

When I called to schedule the appointment I was given a price over the phone to replace the spring. Ray showed up when promised and not only replaced the spring but also some rollers and tightened all the hinge bolts. He made sure everything was perfect before he left. The price quoted over the phone did not change. I would use him again and recommend him to family and friends.
