It went beautifully.  I was worried because it was very cold and we had no heat.  I had several people tell me that they couldn't come the same day but possibly the next.  I called Pinnacle and even though it was late in the day, Sal agreed to be there the same day.  He worked on the furnace to get it working at least temporarily.  He was back the next morning with the necessary parts and had the furnace working before noon. While he was there he also cleaned the furnace. Because he understood how upset I was that I would be without heat the rest of the day and overnight, he came to help even after normal hours.  I'd say his customer service was outstanding.

Sal came the following evening prepared with parts based on my description of the problem. 

Turns out things were not as bad as we anticipated.

He did some additional checking to make sure the furnace was not only working but working at peak performance. 

I mentioned that the humidifier had not worked since we bought our home three years ago. He troubleshooted the humidifier and said "You're in luck!"

Turns out the "experts" that installed the furnace & humidifier did not wire the humidifier correctly. 

I was very happy with the work and the total bill.

Sal called to check on us the next morning.

On the morning of the appointment, Sal called to let us know he was on his way and arrived on time.  

After some quick troubleshooting the problem was found, the cost was discussed and the repair was approved.  I was happy with the cost.

When done, Sal also pointed out some things I could do to help get better efficiency from our unit.No mess left behind and even called us later that day to ask how things were coming along.It was a hot day, I?m glad he fixed it. They?re very friendly and offer 24/7 service ? my kind of team. 

I would definitely recommend Pinnacle to friends and family.
