Throughout 2015, I worked with Jimenez & Sons to provide grading, design, landscape, plantings, patio etc. for my new construction home.  The entire experience was terrific - they do what they say , show up when promised, and deliver high quality workmanship.  And, they clean up when finished - and are very professional and courteous at all times.  I worked almost exclusively with owner Rene in the planning / design / quoting - he is a great guy and really cares about pleasing the customer.  I couldn't have asked for a better partner on this project.  Despite some challenges due to the local village permit authority, Jimenez stuck with the job and went above and beyond.  I would highly recommend Rene and the entire team.

The sod that was used was not consistent.  After the winter the sod now looks like a checker board with different shades of green and different growing speeds.  I asked the landscaper to create a berm along the north side of the property to channel water away from fruit trees and a garden the landscaper put in.  This was not done and the area around the fruit trees and garden flood each time it rains washing mulch into the grass and garden.  I called and emailed the landscaper several times and did not get a satisfactory response.  I was told the problem needed additional work at an additional cost.  After several more attempts to meet with the landscaper, I was told they were shut down for the winter and would contact me in the spring.  No word from them.

Jimenez had done a paver patio for our neighbors and they recommended them to us.  We are so glad they did.  They were thorough from beginning to end and answered every question we had.  They were very detail oriented.  We worked mainly with Rene who is professional and knowledgeable.  His employees are very hard workers and cleaned up at the end of every day.  It was a great experience overall.

Excellent work. From the start great detail was given to keeping everything clean and safe. The final product was better than we expected. We were blown away by the quality of the work.
